Merck Serono S.A. is our global partner for CRINONE® (progesterone gel) for all territories outside the U.S. market.
Ardana plc is our partner for STRIANT® (testosterone buccal system) in 18 European countries.
Lil’ Drug Store Products, Inc. holds the worldwide license to RepHresh® Vaginal Gel and Replens® Vaginal Moisturizer. Columbia will supply these over-the counter products, which utilize our BDS technology, through October 2009 (except Replens in the U. S. market).
Mipharm S.p.A manufactures and sells STRIANT in Italy. Mipharm also sells Replens in Italy, and sells RepHresh in Italy under the name MipHil, under a sub-license from Lil’ Drug Store Products, Inc.
