Our R&D resources are currently focused on the opportunity for PROCHIEVE® 8% (progesterone gel) for the reduction of risk of preterm birth in women with short uterine cervical length in the mid-trimester of pregnancy, a potential new indication for this product. We are also working, in collaboration with and funded by Watson Pharmaceuticals, to advance the progesterone product improvement program. Once these key progesterone projects are further advanced, we intend to leverage our proven, proprietary drug delivery systems to develop new products for women’s health, our core area of expertise.
